French Advisers Head To Nigeria To Help In Boko Haram Fight

French Army Official has revealed that they have sent out 10 military personnel to help out in the fight against Boko Haram.

These men are to be positioned in Diffa at the request of Niger, its former colony.
French Army Official said: “The detachment is there to coordinate the armies on the ground in the fight against Boko Haram”.

Chibok Demands Government Action To Rescue Girls

The postponement of the Feb. 14 elections has nothing to do with the abduction of the more 200 Chibok girls on April, 14 2014 according to the chairman of Chibok Community in Abuja, Mr Tsambido Hosea-Abana.

Hosea-Abana who was reported by Leadership to have stated this during the normal sit-out of the #BringBackOurGirls(BBOG) group yesterday. The chairman was disappointed that the issue of girls were connected to politics adding that they were separate issues which should be treated separately.

Jonathan Visits Lord Chosen


President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday joined worshipers at the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministry in Ijesha, Lagos.
The president had a day before worshiped at the monthly Holy Ghost Service of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) at the Redemption Camp, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.
Jonathan recently came under fire from both Nigerians and the International community for the postponement of the general elections, even as his ambition, according to reports, have split Nigerian pastors into two camps.
The president was accompanied to the church prayer ground at Ijesha, Lagos by the Executive Secretary, Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, Mr.  John Kennedy Opara and his Chief of Staff, Mr. James Arogbofa.
