A terrifying prehistoric shark was caught by fishermen in the waters near Lakes Entrance, Victoria, Australia.
The two-metre long eel-like fish is known is a frilled shark, also
known as the ‘living fossil’. Its origin dates back 80 million years and
is only one of two species still alive. It is also believed to be the
first time a human has seen the fish alive.
