Paul CatterallA serial rapist, Paul Catterall, has gotten what he deserves after his testicles were removed while in prison custody.

The 24-year-old United Kingdom man was diagnosed with testicular cancer after he was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman July, 2014 as well as a 2009 sexual assault.
A court appointed doctor had to carry out the operation that castrated him.
The attack that landed him in prison happened when Catterall, high on cocaine and a significant amount of alcohol, got physical with the teenager in an alleyway after she denied his advance to kiss her. He reportedly threw the woman to the ground before removing her clothes and raping her.
The woman escaped, running naked for help as Caterrall chased her.  The teenager was greatly affected by the rape and had to be treated for depression.
She had told the court during Catterall's sentencing:
"Initially when I arrived home, I stayed in the bath and constantly scrubbed my body because I felt dirty. I scrubbed so hard I made myself bleed. This person has completely destroyed my life. I feel like a prisoner in my own home."
