Boko Haram insurgents killed at least 10 construction workers and seized 12 different road construction equipment pieces.
The Permanent Secretary and General Manager of Borno State Road Maintenance Agency, Mr. Mohammed Sanda, made this known February 6 during the visit of the new Commissioner for Works, Mr. Usman Zannah.

The development made them stop work on some road projects. He added however that despite the challenges they had managed to successfully complete and improve the other projects.
Details on Punch.
