Buhari Might Skip Washington Event, As Secretary Kerry Is Expected Travel To Nigeria

Secretary of State John Kerry will travel to Lagos, Nigeria, on January 25, to speak with candidates for the 2015 presidential race, part of an effort to ensure the upcoming elections are free, fair, and non-violent.
