The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) is investigating an alleged money laundering case involving a lady Nosisi Pam Ngqula, 39, from South Africa.
She was intercepted at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) Lagos with three hundred and seventy-three thousand, seven hundred and twenty-five ($373,725) US dollars and two thousand, one hundred and twenty (€2,120) Euros concealed inside packs of oats.  The money was detected during an inward screening of passengers on a South African airline flight from Johannesburg.

According to Goal the surgery was carried out at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital on Thursday, more than a month after he was shot in an armed robbery attack on his team bus along the Abuja-Lokoja road on their way to Owerri to face Heartland in a league match.
The incident, which happened on Thursday, March 5, left five players of Pillars – Ubong Moses Ekpai, Adamu Murtala, Eneji Otekpa, Gambo Mohammed and Ogbonnaya – badly affected from the injuries sustained from the attack after the armed robbers had collected their personal effects and other valuables.

The call was contained in a communiqué issued by the Council at the end of their emergency meeting.
Premium Times reports that the monarchs made the call the same day 19 APC lawmakers said on Thursday that they had directed the Chief Judge, Ayo Daramola, to commence the process of probing allegations of gross misconduct against the governor and his deputy, Ojo Eleka.
However, the Chief Registrar of the Ekiti State Judiciary, Obafemi Fasanmi, was quoted by the News Agency of Nigeria as saying the Chief Judge had not received any directive from the lawmaker to set up an impeachment panel.
