Ladipo Traders Declare Support For Ambode

 All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, Akinwunmi Ambode has been endorsed by the Ladipo Auto Spare Parts Traders.
The traders who are mostly from the eastern part of the country have in the past had a running battle with the Lagos State Government over varying issues ranging from the head of the market (popularly called Babaoloja), cleanliness of the market and relocation.

In a well-publicised disagreement between the  Igbo traders and the government, the traders kicked against the imposition of a leader (a Yoruba man) in the market. They insisted that the leadership of the market must be determined by democratic elections, and whoever wins should preside over its affairs for a determined term of office.

Boko Haram Storm Gamboru, Get Repelled

Boko Haram insurgents were said to have attacked Chadian troops located in Nigeria’s border town Gamboru, Borno State.
The incident occurred in the early morning of February 11, Vanguard reports with reference to a military source.

Gov Fashola's Uncle Allegedly Abuses Wife (Photos)

Alhaji Kayode Fashola, a man alleged to be the uncle of Lagos state governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola has been accused of beating up his wife.
If this message currently going viral on the social media is anything to believe, Kayode is an unrepentant drunk.
The report was posted on Facebook by one Rachel Adenuga, who claims to be a close friend of Alhaji Fashola’s second wife.

Rachel posted a photo of the man as well as that of the supposedly battered wife.
