FG Commissions Sagamu Steel Mill
The federal government has commissioned a steel mill
in Sagamu, Ogun State, as part of the Nigerian Industrial Revolution
Plan. The project set to cost around N60b, the Sun reports.

According to the report, the mill was commissioned by the minister of industry, trade and investment, Olusegun Aganga, and built by the Standard Metallurgical Company.

Obanikoro, Six Others Nominated By Jonathan For Minister Position
Failed PDP Lagos state guber aspirant, Musiliu
Obanikoro has been nominated by President Goodluck Jonathan for minister
along with six other individuals.
African Independent Television [AIT] is reporting that Jonathan nominated the former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro, Kenneth Kobani and Patrick Akwashiki.
Obanikoro had lost the Lagos gubernatorial primaries of the Peoples
Democratic Party [PDP], to Jimi Agbaje despite resigning his ministerial
position on October 15.
