President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has announced plans to disband Argentina's intelligence agency.
In a TV address, she said she would draft a bill to set up a new body.

Fighter Jet Crashes During NATO Training

A Greek fighter plane crashed during NATO training in Spain claiming lives of no fewer then ten people, injuring 13.
The F-16 plane crashed shortly after taking off at the Los Llanos air base in Albacete, central Spain, 262 kilometers south-east of the capital Madrid. According to local reports, seven of the injured are in a ‘serious’ condition in hospital, their identities are kept in secret  ‘until families have been told’.

Troops Kill 53 More Boko Haram Members In Maiduguri

Reports just coming in from Maiduguri, the Borno State capital which has been under intense attack from members of the Boko Haram terrorists group indicate that 53 more sect members have been killed by the Nigerian military.

Funke Akindele, Threatens To Sue Linda Ikeji

Popular known as Jenifa, Ms. Funke Akindele has asked Ms. Ikeji to withdraw and apologize within 24 hours for a post on Ms. Ikeji’s blog published on January 25, titled, Did Funke Akindele shade Toyin Aimakhu last night?
In the post, Ms. Ikeji suggested that an Instagram picture on Ms. Akindele’s page was intended as a slight on fellow actress, Ms. Aimakhu, who was recently rumored to have separated from her husband, Adeniyi Johnson.
According to Ms. Ikeji, the two actresses had previously fallen out and Ms. Aimakhu had “shaded” Ms. Akindele over the latter’s 2014 divorce.
Ms Akindele, through her management, said thanks to Ms. Ikeji’s blog post, she was exposed to “cynical comments and hasty judgements”.
