Directed by the minister of works, Mike Onolememen,
the federal controller of works in Lagos State, Godwin Eke,
has announced that the federal government has suspended all approval for
the use of its roads for advertisements in Lagos State, Thisday has
reported.
Eke also also said the regulation would be introduced nationwide in due course.
Eke said advertisers had been served notices and given seven days to comply by removing all advertisements on the government’s rights of way.
